These all aluminum screws are 7" long with a 1/4” diameter shank for strength, and 2" of nice beefy threads to hold like there is no tomorrow. Use the 3/8" hex drive or #3 Square recess to install them in existing gutter holes, or for new work, drill pilot holes with a 7/32" x 8" long standard point drill bit. (We’ve even driven them without a pilot hole - they are incredibly strong - but why risk splitting?) We recommend a 5/16" clearance hole through the outside gutter and 7/32" pilot into the fascia and rafter tail. Ferrules are larger in diameter than standard in order to accommodate the screw thread. Ideal for use with aluminum or vinyl gutters, but not for use with copper gutter systems.
AGS-2510 includes 10 gutter screws & 10 ferrules. They are designed for use with 4" and 5" gutters. Gutter screws are made of 2024-T6 aluminum alloy. Color relates to the head only! Made in USA.
