When you’re storing dowels, it’s important to do so in as stable an environment as possible. Recently, McFeely’s™ made the decision to move away from storing dowels in our own warehouse and to use a top-notch U.S. manufacturer to ship these direct to you. To ensure package integrity, dowels do have package minimums which we cannot waive or mix and match. Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Made in USA.

I am using these to make walking sticks.I couldn't find any hickory locally and other woods like cherry and walnut were WAY too pricey. These 1"X36" dowels are perfect for my use. They are pretty straight(slight bow in some but you have to look for it to see it), very nicely finished and very accurately sized. Just what I was looking for.I will order again.
