Building “Boxes” with Melamine Has Never Been this Easy! Ready to try building cabinet boxes (or even particle board storage boxes for the shop), but not sure where to start? This cabinet connecting screw starter kit makes it easy! We include 100 cabinet screws (7050-CSP-C), 100 white decorative caps (7051-CAP-C), appropriate drill bit (MS-7050), and 1" and 2" Pozi-drive bits (HPD-0310 & HPD-0320) so that all you need to supply is a bit of Melamine (or particle board for more utilitarian projects), a cordless or electric drill, and a spot or two of glue.

Getting anyting to hold well in MDF is problematic. These screws (along with the proper stepped bit) installed easily and quickly.I will likely use more MDF now that I am comfortable I can fasten it securely.

Great for fastening MDF to itself. I built a small chair for my granddaughter with 3/4" thick material and had no trouble with the joints. Countersink the screw heads, fill with plastic wood, paint and it looks like a professional job!
