Comments about 7 x 50mm Cabinet Connecting Screw Starter Kit:

Hm Pozi drive never heard of it, was used to work with Hex back in Europe and they are so far the best that you can get to connect two melamine pieces together easily. But Pozi works too but it is not that much convenient.

Comments about 7 x 50mm Cabinet Connecting Screw Starter Kit:

Screws work well on melamine/particle board. Found pre-drilling with smaller countersink bit made the process much easier. Good hold on joints without glue, but to avoid blow-out on the edges do not overtighten.

As always, competitive price and great service!

Comments about 7 x 50mm Cabinet Connecting Screw Starter Kit:

The bit in the counter sink was bent which made it difficult to use. I bought this product as some internet users believed it could be used to scew into the edge of MDF without splitting. Unfortunately, the MDF still splits. Predrilling SPAX screws with a 1/8 inch bit solved the problem. Highly suggest Spax screws. McFeely's made return easy. Great Customer Service!!
