    i bought this vac. three and a half years ago to replace my porter cable vac., that was 14 years old. At first i loved it, but after two years, the contacts in the outlet for the tools stopped working. $125 for shipping and parts. a year and a half later, it has stopped working completely. i really hate festools policy of using their service center only. All my festools work great when they are new, but do not seem to be made as tough as my porter cable and bosch tools that have gone four vtimes longer using them everyday without repairs. not profesiional tough.

    Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
