When you need a swirl-free finish, and don’t have time for hand sanding or scraping, look no further than Festool Random Orbit Sanders. Random Orbit Sanders are specifically designed for the critical last sanding step before applying the finish. The ETS 150/5 EQ features the JetStream dust extraction system which maximizes abrasive life, a sanding pad brake to prevent scratches when starting or removing the sander from the workpiece, stepless electronic speed control to allow precise matching of power to the task at hand, and fatigue-reducing ergonomic design. This is a low weight 6" sander for the professional who demands superior results. The 6" diameter sanding pad has a 3/16" stroke for intermediate sanding and rapid stock removal. Like other Festool Random Orbit Sanders, the ETS 150/5 E uses StickFix(hook and loop)abrasives and features electronic variable speed control for optimum performance on a wide variety of materials. Order abrasives separately. Made in Germany.

      After years of using orbital sanders from the Big Box Stores, I was amazed the first minute of use. While deciding to purchase, I could beleive I was about to spend this kind of money on a sander. So glad I did. Connect a vaccume to it, and NO dust! It also keeps the disc cool and no clean up. Wished I would have bought this along time age.

      Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
