Comments about Connector Sleeve:
This one of those needed accessories for Festool dust collectors and Shop-Vac type vacuums that you don't know you need, until you need it. It joins Festool hoses to each other, OR, joins a smaller Festool hose to a regular large Shop-Vac sized hose. It beats using painters tape to make the connection! I needed to reach some outside windows from the ground with a vacuum hose during an exterior painting job. I also needed to extend the reach of the Rigid Vacuum I was using but still keep the vacuum on the ground. This connector allowed me to join my stock 27mm Festool hose to the Rigid's stock hose since the large end of the Festool hose matches the Shop-Vac hose. No more taped connections to "get the job done". Nice fit, and the quality you'd expect from Festool.
