They have nothing in common with this exquisitely engineered extruded aluminum stand. The base provides a stable 14" by 7" footprint, and has provision for clamping to a benchtop using the optional Festool clamps. You can also attach the WA-HL angle stop(sold separately) to the stationary unit to create precise chamfers of any angle from 45° to 90°. Made in Germany.
