Comments about 5/16-18 Steel Threaded Inserts:
My expensive dining room table set came with cheap inserts to bolt the legs on and soon they were all starting to break and strip out. These steel inserts went in tight and fixed the chairs far better than the original inserts. Price is better than others and shipping was cheap and fast.

Used these steel inserts to repair my swivel chair. The inserts were used to attach the bottom section to the chair seat. These inserts were much stronger than the original inserts which had broken.
