Go to most factories and you’ll see a Dayton grinder. Dayton’s Bench Grinders are designed for industrial use with a totally enclosed ball bearing motor that works in tandem with a dynamically balanced armature assembly. There’s also a compact motor housing, so you’re able to press long pieces of work against both wheels without worrying about contact with the motor. Even better, the bevel angle goes toward the wheel, so there’s no side load pressure on the grinding wheel. The removable wheel guard makes changing wheels a snap, and the tool rests easily adjusts with the tool-free knobs. What’s more, we have a unique ratcheting feature on the tool rest that allow you to dial in and lock in the angle you need. You can press down hard and the rest will hold it’s angle. Each grinder comes complete with spark guards and safety eye shields per OSHA requirements. Imported.
