Are you tired of sending out your lawnmower blades, axes, putty knives and lathe tools for sharpening? With the Work Sharp 2000, you can take care of this in your own workshop. The Work Sharp 2000 offers four ways to sharpen and grind your tools: You can use the Top Side with Tool Rest, the Chisel and Plane Iron Port, and the Edge-Vision Port. The Chisel and Plane Port will sharpen blades up to 1-5/8" to a perfect 25º bevel and no special set up is needed. An air-cooled sharpening port includes a heat-sink design to sharpen tools fast and prevent overheating which can damage the steel. The powerful 1/5 HP motor can sharpen tools of any width on the top wheel. Edge-Vision wheels allow you to see what you are sharpening and quickly change between coarse and fine grit with adhesive backed abrasives.

Comments about Work Sharp 2000:
Great for sharpening chisels. I would still use a grinding wheel for sharpening mower blades. Be careful where you set it up, lots of sparks when using top portion.
