Pants that work as hard as you do
Blaklader work gear is comfortable as well as functional and durable. Cuffs, seat, and knees are reinforced with Cordura® to withstand the harshest work environment. Pants feature front pockets and bellowed utility pockets so that your hands are free to work. When you don’t carry that much, you can tuck the utility pocket into the front pocket and get them out of the way. How versatile is that? Painter's pants also have a cell phone pocket. The traditional white Painter’s Pants are made of a comfortable 13 oz. cotton. Made in Sri Lanka.

Comments about Blaklader Painter's Pants:
I was reluctant to shell out the money for these pants but I was sick and tired of traditional, poorly thought out, constricting, ugly, (fill in the blank) painter's pants and really needed an upgrade. Sadly, there's not much available out there...and after much searching I came to the conclusion that these pants are more like an investment. A smart investment that is, and here's why:These pants are well thought-out, smart pants you might call them. Plenty of functional pockets and tank-like construction. The front and back pockets are bellowed, which is brilliant! Unlike traditional painter's pants that get tighter every time you load something in your pockets, these expand out. This keeps the pants comfortable; relaxed, not baggy, but definitely not constricting like regular painter's whites. The front pockets are pockets within pockets. This alone could and should revolutionize the work pant industry. Here's how it works: When you need some extra storage or a screw pouch, you pull out the "inner" pocket and get to work. When you're done, you simply tuck the pocket inside the pocket. AND, and it still functions as a pocket! Nothing lost and much gained. The knee pads are comfortable and easy to load (you have to buy the pads separate (I did) or, you could probably cut some out of foam). They do offer a heavy duty gel insert but I didn't order them. They're gel inserts are heavier and maybe a bit more combersome, but if you're beating your knees up then they're probably a smart investment. I could go on (yes there's more, a lot actually) but I think you catch my drift. If you're ready to make your paint jobs a little easier, if you're ready to have your tools where you need them, and if you're ready to work in comfort...buy these pants.
