Keep sawdust under control and save valuable clean-up time!
Fastcap's ChopShop Saw Hood catches the dust before it blows all over your workspace. The saw hood was designed by a contractor to prevent saw dust from settling throughout the customer’s home, but if the customer is yourself there’s no reason why it can’t contain sawdust in your home as well! And if your workspace is outside, the hood acts as great shelter for your tools in inclement weather.
Saw hood is great for mitre saws but can also be used with tile or even lathe saws as well. Attach the hood to the saw by running the roll pipe of the hood into the accessory holes on in the saw. Once attached, the hood unrolls to fall into position. Place some type of receptacle at the base of the hood to collect the dust. Use the tile clamp if your saw does not have accessory holes for mounting. Hood may also be mounted to a table—mounting holes at the base will accept standard wood screws.
Made of heavy-duty, water-resistant commercial grade nylon. Weighs approximately 13 lb. Dimensions when set up are 42"W x 31"H x 30"D. Saw and stand not included. Made in China.

About Me Professional
Remodeling with the owners at home creates a problem with dust from power saws, chop saw or whatever, especially in winter time when you have to cut inside the home. This hood probably collects 95% of the dust from my mitersaw. Works great!

I only wish I had purchased this the first time I saw it advertized. A great help on the worksite. Really cuts down on the mess.
