Have you ever wished you had an extra hand when you were hanging cabinets or working overhead? This new support lift makes lots of solo installations easy. Imagine installing cabinet uppers, or crown molding without assistance! The extra long 3rd Hand operates like a caulking gun - squeeze the hand grip and a quick release ratchet advances a 1/2" steel rod tipped with a 3" square swiveling pad. Extending the pad allows you to clamp your workpiece against another surface such as the ceiling or a wall, or jack a cumbersome object into position. The 3rd Hand employs a series of ball detents at 12" intervals to allow for rough length adjustment from 5 to 12 feet.

Textured rubber pads on both ends provide for a slip-resistant grip. The optional 6-inch-square BigFoot base replaces the standard swiveling base quickly, and adds extra stability when positioning awkward items. Weight capacity for the 3rd Hand is 150lb/68kg. Made in China.

Bag is made of ballistic nylon and is big enough to carry four 3rd Hands. It also has a built-in handle and is perfect for transporting your 3rd Hands from worksite to worksite.
