I have never used a Multi-Size wrench that works as well as a box end wrench, or even an open-end wrench. The best adjustable wrenches can get you out of a jam, but I seldom use one unless I absolutely must do so. Unlike a normal box end wrench, the Bionic Wrench applies pressure to the hex head bolt or nut on the flats (rather than the fragile corners), so the possibility of rounding off the corners is virtually eliminated. In addition, squeezing the grip increases pressure on the bolt or nut automatically, which makes it particularly effective in removing frozen or rounded nuts and bolts!
