Most woodworkers, contractors and Do-It-Yourselfers find themselves exposed to a surprisingly wide array of airborne contaminants that they either don't recognize or fail to use adequate protection against. Think about it: do you use a respirator when working with fiberglass insulation, pesticides, lawn chemicals, spray finishes, or even when sweeping the shop (and that raises a lot of dust)? The 3M 6000 Series Half-mask respirator is economical, comfortable, versatile and available in three sizes to help ensure a perfect fit! Minor parts are replaceable (valves, straps, etc.) for long life but major components like the mask body are not, which reduces the initial cost. The lightweight, balanced design has an easy to adjust headstrap for rapid removal and repositioning without strap adjustment. For best protection, select a 3M NIOSH-approved respirator cartridge for the anticipated exposure. Respirator does not include cartridges or filters - order separately - see accessories listed below. Available in Small (fits most women and men with smaller facial features) Medium (fits 80% of men) and Large. NIOSH approved.
