Ripstop Pants with Cargo Pockets
Wearing jeans in the workshop is fine, but they're easy to damage. All it takes is a dropped blade and they're torn open forever. And since patches are a bygone thing of the 70s, your jeans are rendered useless. These ripstop pants are designed to handle a lot of punishment (as the name suggests). They're made of 10-oz. 100% military-style ripstop cotton fabric with reinforced knees with room2move ™ relaxed fit in the seat, knees and thigh area, while the gusseted crotch and 18" leg openings add to the comfort. And don’t worry, there are plenty of pockets too: bellow style cargo pockets, a patented leather reinforced right front pocket edge, and Cordura®-lined back pockets. Available in Bark color. Please specify men's waist size and inseam from dropdown menu above. Imported.

Comments about Riggs Workwear Ripstop Pants with Cargo Pockets:
Bottom line: I'm planning to buy more of these. I found them while looking for a lighter but durable replacement for the "standard" cotton duck canvas workpants in a cargo style. The Riggs Ripstop pants appear to be up to the task so far. Yes, the fabric does seem to be quite stiff for the thickness, but it isn't any stiffer than new duck pants. The stiffness makes it feel less likely to snag on sharp corners and the like. I find that one of the popular budget duck brands on the market (name starts with a "D") is consistently made with a 2-inch shorter in-seam than most other brands of pant and I had ordered my Riggs 2 inches longer than I needed just in case, because I prefer to have my ankles covered - I will not be doing that next time: all the measurements were normal and correct. I also like the fact that it is available in waist sizes that fit relatively slim tall people - very difficult to find in a cargo pant for some reason.

The pocket design makes it easy to carry many necessaities to get a job done without reloading all of the time. Easily carry small tools, implements, and supplies to get most smaqll jobs done. The pants are comfortable enough to wear for the long days.
