Look at my caricature and you'll see why I like these bump caps so much - my early warning system abandoned me many years ago. Whether you are blessed with a shiny head or not, a bump cap helps you avoid unpleasant encounters of the painful kind. These are not approved for use where "hard hats" are required but are ideal when working in attics, crawl spaces or other places where hard objects might unexpectedly appear in your path. They are much lighter in weight than an approved hard hat so they're significantly more comfortable. The bump caps are made of durable, impact-resistant, high density polyethylene and have a four-point adjuststable suspension with a sweatband.
