This wraparound face shield is extremely lightweight and features a contoured design for superior face protection and improved visibility. Ratcheting headgear allows you to fully adjust the shield for a secure fit, while the soft, breathable headband keeps you cool and dry in hot environments. Wonderful, but there is a trick to it!

The trick is that it is shipped with a medium blue dual sided covering on the face shield. The covering is SO perfectly applied that it LOOKS like you have a blue face shield, not a clear one. YOU DO NOT. The film peels off of BOTH sides, you just have to get at it very carefully. I used a lady's nails to do it, mine were too crude. I suspect a razor knife would work as well, but you would have to be VERY careful not to nick the surface of the shield.Overall a lovely product. It adjusts in head size from my size 8 and a quarter head to my youngest's head at age 6 (I do not know his hat size). The padding is very comfortable and all of the adjustments firm, but easy to make.
