The durashield™ finish allows the denim fibers to move during rigorous wear and washing. This movement reduces the abrasion while providing softness without compromising the durability. They have a gusseted crotch for a relaxed, roomy, comfortable fit. The right front pocket has the leather reinforcement to protect against your tape measure clip while the back pockets are Cordura®-lined to keep your wallet from wearing through. The nylon version has left-right cargo pockets and flat seams, so they're the better design. But denim is more comfortable fabric.Cargo pockets are great for cell phones, documents, and tools. Surprised there are no tool carriers with a back plate designed for cargo pockets.The typical 1/4" seam/hem on jeans creates a lumpy, twisted hem that won't lie flat and tends to be abrasive.
