Be sure your driver is square to the screw head and set at medium speed. Let the screw do the work and you will have very few stripped out screw heads. These are attractive for wood cabinets because the color blends in with natural birch and maple, most common material for high end cabinets.
Poor driving ability

The #2 square drive does not fit snuggly nor is it deep enough. Strips out while driving.
