The #8 and #10 pan heads are very good screws for attaching thermostats, low-voltage controls or lights; metal boxes; panels and enclosures; adjustable hardware...anything where you can't have the flared head of a regular screw. The square drive makes it easy to hang large panels perfectly level by yourself.NOTE: The #10 x 1-1/4" size is the "sweet spot" for most rough-in uses; heavy enough, not too long or short.Only 4 starts because not made exclusively in the USA.
