#9 x 4-1/2" Jamb Extension Trim Head Screws

There are no two ways about it – extended window and door jambs are expensive when the factory does the work. This new trim head screw was developed specifically to make it easy to extend jambs yourself. Both screws have self drilling points, but for best results, predrill with a 3/32" extra long bit (part # LSTD-0093, especially in hardwoods like Oak or Cherry. Since these are trim head screws, the bit recess is a little shallow, so a little extra care is required when driving them to avoid slippage.
Takes a #1 Driver. Head Diameter is approximately 7/32 inch. Actual Length is approximately 4-5/8" Unthreaded Shank Length is 2-5/8". Screws are made in Taiwan, Korea, or Japan.
