I thought these would be great for use with white Azek outside trim boards. But I had many spinouts from stripped heads despite the square bit design. After installing about 40 screws, I changed bits to a high quality bit I had on hand. No difference. I did only have one screw break out of about 90 installed, so they seem to be durable.
But the white head design did not really hide the screw heads visually all that well. If total hiding is desired, it would be better to countersink and use a little putty or paint. I got the job done, but it would have been just as well to use stainless unpainted siding screws from my local hardware store.
