These zinc plated screws have the bright silvery finish common on hardware store hinges, wood screws, and bolts. Like our other plated screws, these are hardened steel screws. Clear Zinc plating is primarily decorative, but does offer moderate corrosion resistance. It is ideal as an exposed fastener for interior applications. If true corrosion resistance is needed, No-Co-Rode, Stainless Steel, silicon bronze, or solid brass plated screws are better choices. Available in Square Recess only.
