Made of 305 stainless steel for corrosion resistance in most non-marine environments, these auger point screws feature an epoxy coated head in colors selected to blend nicely with commonly available materials. #7 Screws require a #1 Square Driver Bit. #8 Screws require a #2 Square Driver Bit. I used these a lot to hold PVC trim boards and lattice in place. They do work best with a pilot hole, but it is not 100% necessary.
Good screws
I bought these to hold PVC lattice work in-place, but that has yet to be purchased. I have used the same gauge screw before in a longer length and never had a problem, so I expect these will work well too :)
