Comments about #6 x 1/2'''' Black Oxide Truss Head Screws:

This is an excellent fastener that is easy to drive. The color blends very well when the project demands a finish such as black oxide for mounting objects to picture frames, etc. The 1/2" length works great with 1/2" or thicker materials where you don't want penetration on the other side. This size/color combo is not typically found in home centers, so I looked to McFeely's and they came through! Thanks for the wide array of black oxide screws.

Comments about #6 x 1/2'''' Black Oxide Truss Head Screws:

I really like the square drive; it's so much better than the Phillips head for a positive drive connection. I always end up swearing at Phillips drive when I use them, so these are great! I'm a big proponent of USA MADE. I'm not sure if these are made here fully, but the box says USA/Taiwan. My only critique would be that I'd like to have the country of origin positively identified.
