McFeely’s does not have a minimum order charge, but we do have a minimum delivery charge. It makes sense to make sure your purchase total is at the top end of the applicable Delivery Charge step. In other words, order totals of $6.50 and $19.95 both have a $7.00 delivery charge, but the $19.95 order is getting better value for the shipping charge.

Returns and Credits
If you need to return an item to us for any reason and to ensure that your return processes correctly, please call our Customer Services Department toll-free at 1-800-443-7937 (USA only) or 1-608-662-3344 (Outside USA) between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM Central Time for your Return Authorization Number before returning items. We will pick up the ground return shipping charge in the continental U.S. (Festool ® products excluded). Then fill out the return form enclosed with your order and send it back to us with the unwanted item(s).
We have a 30-day no-question return policy on Festool products, but the product must be returned complete with all packaging materials, in saleable condition, or it will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. For all other products, refunds or exchanges will be issued for returned merchandise received within 90 days of purchase (invoice date).
