By law, McFeely’s™ must collect sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses within the states of WI, IL, CT, NY, and MI. Most orders are shipped by the next business day (see map below for estimated ground delivery time). McFeely’s™ is known for shipping orders quickly. Save on Delivery Charges!

McFeely’s™ does not have a minimum order charge, but we do have a minimum delivery charge. It makes sense to make sure your purchase total is at the top end of the applicable Delivery Charge step. In other words, order totals of $6.50 and $19.95 both have a $7.00 delivery charge, but the $19.95 order is getting better value for the shipping charge.

1. Fast Service – Most orders ship by the next business day.
2. No Extra Shipping on Backorders – If you place an order and items are on backorder, we do not charge additional shipping for the backordered items. You will pay a one-time shipping charge for the entire order. (Orders billed as actual freight will be invoiced as they ship).
3. Top-Quality Products – If we don’t use it in our workshop, it doesn’t go in the catalog or on the website.
4. Satisfaction Guaranteed – If you aren’t satisfied, we aren’t happy. We’ll fix the problem FAST! Let us know what we can do to make it right – if it’s within reason, we’ll do it.
5. No Minimum Order Value – You can order what you need without worrying about meeting a minimum order size.
6. Toll-Free Ordering, Customer Service and Tech Support – We don’t make you pay for the call when you need to know how to use a product we sold you! Just call us at 1-800-443-7937.

Returns and Credits

If you need to return an item to us for any reason and to ensure that your return processes correctly, please call our Customer Services Department toll-free at 1-800-443-7937 between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM Central Time for your Return Authorization Number before returning items. We will pick up the ground return shipping charge in the continental U.S. (Festool ® products excluded). Then fill out the return form enclosed with your order and send it back to us with the unwanted item(s).

We have a 30-day no-question return policy on Festool products, but the product must be returned complete with all packaging materials, in saleable condition, or it will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. For all other products, refunds or exchanges will be issued for returned merchandise received within 90 days of purchase (invoice date).
