Need to return a product? (Return Policy)
100% Satisfaction – Guaranteed. We stand behind everything we sell. If you are unhappy with your order for ANY reason, we will replace or refund your order, or credit your account.

We have a 30-day no-question return policy on Festool products, but the product must be returned complete with all packaging materials, in saleable condition, or it will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. For all other products, refunds or exchanges will be issued for returned merchandise received within 90 days of purchase (invoice date).

If you need to return an item to us for any reason, and to insure that your return processes correctly, please contact us for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number before returning items. To obtain an RMA number, simply do one of the following (A, B or C):

Obtaining An RMA	Online (A) —OR—	Fill out our online Product Return Form Note: If the product is damaged, please call Customer Service at 1-800-443-7937.
	Packing Slip (B) —OR—	Follow the instructions on the back of the packing slip you received with your order.

Once you have your RMA number, fill out the return form enclosed with your order and send it back to us with the unwanted item(s). Please pack the shipment securely. We will pick up the ground return shipping charge in the continental US (Festool products excluded). For your protection, you should insure the shipment for its value.

Your return will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. Refunds are made by the original form of payment.
