We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We believe that when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn are fair with us.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us right away at [email protected] Prior authorization is required for any returned merchandise. All sales for clearance items are final. Return fees may be applied at McFeely’s discretion to, but not limited to, special orders, out of stock items and orders with quantities purchased in "bulk". All returned product must be accompanied with paperwork, customer contact information and the RMA number provided by McFeelys.
If your refund is less than $20.00 we reserve the option to issue you store credit.
If you need to return an item to us for any reason, please call our Customer Services Department toll-free at 1-800-443-7937 (USA only) or 1-513-845-4779 (Outside USA) between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Mon. – Fri. We will provide you with Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to return the product. Returns must be requested within 60 days of when the order was received.
